Rift Locations

Chapter 1:
Blue - In a pipe. If you follow along the path from the start of Act 1 Chapter 1, you'll go over a blue bridge. Just to the right of the blue bridge in the channel is the pipe.
Green - In a collapsed tunnel in the tunnel market area
Pink - Floating in the Mafia beach party at the bottom of the slides.

Chapter 2
Blue - Act 2 - The owl express. It's on the floor of the dining car.
Green - Act 5 - The Big Parade - Floating around an awning at street level.
Pink - Act 1 - Dead Bird Studios, its at the back of the first Owl segment.

Chapter 3
For Chapter 3, I wopuld recommend clearning all the fox fires first before going looking. There are 3 you need to clear out (town, burned area, and ruins)
Blue - This one is really hard to find, but the easiest way is to start in Act 4 and head immediately right into the woods following the world boundary. (You should be oriented facing away from the break in the bridge)

Green - In a fenced off garden area on some buildings. This one is actually really close to a fox fire, so you might spot it originally. From the hourglass, it's further to the east in the woods, on the very border of the flaming area.

Pink - In a shattered time piece/hour glass. The easiest way to do this is from the Act 1 starting area and walk out the path behind the giant tree/mushroom. Keep going until you see a giant pockewatch stuck in the ground. At this point, you should be able to see the shattered ice area off in the distance.

Chapter 4
For Chapter 4, all rifts appear at the start of an Act
Blue - Twilight Bell
Green - The Giant Windmill
Pink - Alpine Peaks itself.

Where is 3-Green relative to a notable permanent structure? I've already cleared all the fires.

EDIT: Found it, it's the area with the "Free real estate" guy, nearish to the burning village.
