Badge pins are confusing me

im confusedwhat do badge pins do cuz each time i talk and see the badge pin theres always a wierd sign so first of all what doess it mean and second of all what does it do cause im very confused

I have no idea what you mean by a weird sign, but badge pins allow you to have an additional badge equipped at the same time, so with both you can have 3 badges at once.

badge pins makes you have more badge slots.
you can basically equip more badges with it

with the golden ones (mod) lets you have 5 badges total.

Only 3 show up on the hats though.
