Full screen isn't actually full screen
I tried to run the game in 4K but I only got 40 FPS, so I set it to 2K and put it to full screen but it only covered the upper left side of my monitor, and isn't actually full screen. Is there a way to fix this?

My monitor 1080p, and I set 1280x720 with full screen. The same thing happens to me.
I'm not sure but months ago, it worked fine.

Full screen is weird in this game. Borderless just plasters the screen over literally everything so you can't alt tab and it seems exclusive fullscreen also has problems now.
