How exactly do you get the Party Animal achievement?

This achievement seems very vague, do we HAVE to have someone with us in an act, or can we simply join an online lobby and collect 10 different time pieces without anyone joining us in those acts?

Almost certain there has to be somebody in the act. You should be able to tell that you got progress for it if the leaderboard with points shows up when you collect the time piece. Although they don't actually have to be different ones I think.

Im not sure since i don't use Online Party Anymore but joining the Peck Server should net you the achievement just be careful of Yellow Dice...
