I know for a fact you can -technically- organize them by order of 'first downloaded', but having to unsubscribe just to re-subscribe is a hassle, at best. Heck, if there's a document that documents the load order of mods I'll happily take to editing it, if that's helpful.
Again, if some document has a workaround that tells you when to load specific workshop mods, it'd be a whole lot better than just simply 'first come, first serve'. I'd figured there'd be other, more tinkering-minded fellows, that would something of the sort as well, y'know?
