Somehow wandered into Nyakuza despite not owning the DLC, got a timepiece, black screen, now stuck?

I don't own the DLC but the hub level was prompting me to go to an area of the ship that opened an entrance to it, and upon going there it worked as normal until I got a timepiece, which played a cutscene that was entirely a black screen, and when it was done Hat Kid was stuck frozen in the timepiece acquired pose. I paused and selected exit to hub, but that just took me somewhere in Nyakuza with no exit. I can't get back to the regular hub even after restarting the game, and anytime I get any other timepiece in Nyakuza this happens. What do I do? I don't even know why the game seemed to want me to come here.

Never mind not owning the DLC, apparently I do actually own it and just didn't realize. Regardless, I'm stuck in Nyakuza.

Did you tried to repair your installation via Steam game options in the library?

Do you use any mod that might cause it? Consider deactivating all mods in the menu or unsubscribe them in Steam.

Else, I offer you to upload your savefile here and I will check if my PC will end the scene properly and get you back in the hub and reupload the savefile.
