terrible camera
whats up with the camera even with camera assist off its constantly zooming in and out don't know if its just really apparent in subcon forest or something but its really frustrating because even simple jumps become hell because of it.

I have had no problems with it. It must just be a problem you are having

In the general settings go to top-down camera and set to none

I'm also having issues with the camera. No matter what settings I change it always zooms WAY to close every time I get within 2 feet of a wall. I can't even change the angle of the camera when against a wall! What is this crap?

Yea you have to change a few settings directly in the game files to fix it. Game was really annoying to play until I changed them. Sadly can't seem to find my notes on what to change atm, but yea it's not possible to completely fix via the in-game options menu.

My only problem with the camera is when you're using a controller. It's either right stick zoomz or it looks down and up.

Yup default camera feels like garbage. Fortunately game have many camera options and after few tries i get it to the point of almost good. It is still far from perfect, but it is really playable and not getting into way during gameplay.

I am glad they have that camera highly customisable, otherwise that would be unplayable refund from me.
