A Hat in Time

A Hat In Time can run on my low-end laptop..?
I have an Intel UHD 620 graphics card (it is integrated). I tried playing A Hat In Time on my laptop AGAIN, because I tried a few times 6 months - 1 year ago and it didn't work. But now it works. The only problem with the game (for me) is how LONG the game loads before going into an Act.

AHiT does not need a powerful CPU or GPU. Yet, it is very unoptimized. Especially the loading screen is lagging even on high-end-rigs :)

Then why did it give a message saying I needed a dedicated GPU? Also, can you suggest any games that my Intel UHD 620 graphics card can run and under 5 dollars?

The message is just to inform you that it's running on iGPU so you can make sure to run on a dedicated GPU if you have one. If the 620 is all you have though I doubt you'll have a great experience on it.

If you are actually fine with performance and just want the loading to be quicker, you could could try changing the precache shaders option at the bottom of graphics settings, although this might also make it more stuttery.

I don't have a Dedicated GPU. I just have integrated Intel HD graphics on a student laptop with a CORE i5 Processor (sorry I did not mention the processor earlier). In my opinion, I think playing games with a high quality graphics even with some lag and longer loading (for me) is cool.

With an UHD 620 I wouldn't asking that. Feel happy if it works. You might want an upgrade soon. God knows when the next computer crisis happens.

Wait for an sale on Bloons TD6, if you're into that kind of stuff. Trust me, it's good. :badgeseller:

How big is the sale? I forgot. Is it like 50% off or more?

70%~ most of the time. I was getting it while discount was at 90% once, but they won't go this low anymore it seems. https://steamdb.info/app/960090/

Should do. Even though I don't game on integrated graphics myself I've noticed that performance with these cards has improved quite a lot over the years. Intel Iris graphics is pretty good (my opinion) for running games that aren't that demanding. Perhaps look into that if you're looking for something more afforable?

Well, it's not like they are actually using Intel Iris Graphics. And even the better side of iGPUs like Ryzen and Iris would probably be hard pressed to do more than 720p at lowish settings.

Probably not.

Game needs the gpu more than cpu.
