Villains don't see themselves as villains.
but now it's mafia there are the only ones who are evil in the game you see them knocking on innocent people and the mustache girl goes crazy and even gets angry with them but she's life good and so will mafia do all stupid for her and she's what 10 -11 years old I understand well she does and I feel sorry for her
Chaotic Good is sometimes refrenced as having a good heart with a free spirit that might go against the norms.
If anything, this just makes her Neutral. She caused the wreck, so she dealt with the aftermath. She made up for her own mistake, that's all.
And the only reason she saved the old man was because the Mafia were, at that time, her enemies. She burned the Mafia portraits because she had to in order to kill the foxes, and she reveled in the chaos of it.
She's Chaotic Neutral. Hell, the only reason she could possibly have for sending a time piece down to Mustache Girl at the end was because she knew it would cause chaos, and she felt like she didn't have to have every single piece. She had no control over whether MG would go bad again or act better, she just wanted to plant a seed of chaos. Not out of ill will, but "just because".
