I'd assume we'd get both Hat Kid and Hat Adult, given we havent really taken advantage of the "time" part yet, and what wouldnt be more fun than teaming up with yourself?

They could explain her powers better, but on the point of nobody else using the hat powers, maybe it has something do to with hat kid making her own hats, probably something in special SHE does.
