Hat In Time keeps crashing

I recently bought the game and it keeps crashing every once in a while randomly. As far as I can tell, there is no trigger for it besides maybe time (happens around every 45 minutes or so). I have a Radeon RX 5600 XT and a Ryzen 9 all with drivers up to date. I even lowered the resolution and nothing seems to help.

I too have the same issues. with so far no workaround for it.

EDIT: I may have fixed it... under advanced settings, mine was on AXXXX01 change it to 00; default.

If you're using the latest drivers, the common fix after that is to use older drivers until it stops. Regressions are a pretty common thing in graphics drivers. Just make sure you don't go past the ones that support your card.

im gonna be honest i dont know how to fix this but i just kept pressing alt+tab and i went to the a hat in time window untill it finally worked

Happens to me as well. For some reason, the game never crashed until i started the Nyazkua Metro DLC, now it seems to randomly crash every so often. It's annoying

I think I'm done with the game after another crash, this time right at dead bird finale.
Sometimes it crashes after 2 minutes in the equip menu, sometimes in the lvls, sometimes it doesn't. Pretty annoying.
