Why this game has cloud storage of 93 GB?

The game is itself 7.35GB, but the cloud storage is almost 13 times the game size!
Can anyone have a possible explanation?

probably because of mods

The cloud storage has nothing to do with storing the game or mods, it is only for saves. (Everything else is already on steam servers.)

93.13 GB (actually 93.13 GiB) is equivalent to 100GB, which is the maximum amount of storage that developers can set for cloud storage, so devs sometimes just set it to the max and you'll see the 93GB on a few games.
