Bugged rainbow texture sparkle and lighting problems.

Recently came back to this game, only to find an odd problem with textures on some objects like barrels, fences, bushes, etc.. It's a sort of rainbow sparkle texture, along with what seems like bugged glowing lighting on the "badges" of hats. I've updated my graphics drivers already, did a full reinstall. Anyone else had this problem?

Here's the rainbow effect on the fence in the cruise ship DLC. You can also see the glowing on the hat, which I'm unsure if it's normal or not.

I believe to fix this you have to downgrade your graphics driver to version 20.4.2

I'm having the same issue, but it didn't happen until after I updated my drivers, humorously. It worked previously, but yeah, that was 20.4.2. I've tried multiple others since then, but ultimately I'm about to roll back to 20.4.2 myself. Hopefully there's some kind of fix. Running on an rx580, also.
