Snatcher coins on Alpine Skyline?

I'm trying to look for the 3 Snatcher coins on Alpine Skyline, but it seems my compass badge only takes me to scattered Rift Tokens. Anyone have an idea as to where they are?

One is at the very top of the first island, the one you land on when you click Free Roam. You need to walljump up one of the poles w/ a banner near the top to get up there.

The second I found while going up the windmill, during one of the segments where you leave the windmill and go to the side islands there's an island with a house+rift token, and then looking around from that island you should see another island with the coin.

I haven't tried looking for the 3rd yet.

the compass did something similar for me, it pointed me to the first 2, but the third wouldnt appear till i got near it, it might have to do with the compass not prioritizing the snatcher coins 100% of the time

I believe the Compass Badge has a limited range. This is usually the entire map, but it appears to be smaller than Alpine Skyline. My guess as to why this is is probably for rooms like Mafia HQ, so when you are in Mafia Town it doesn't point you to the relic in there when it is underground like 80000 units away for loading reasons.
