How do I do the dance as Hat Kid?
Title, pretty much. It's not a co-op-exclusive thing, is it?

On controller just keep alternating between kissing and dab- i mean taunting

Alternating between 1 and 4 / up and down a couple times starts it up. The dance automatically syncs with the beat of whatever song is playing, too, which is just fantastic.
