I heard something about an "Ice Cap hop" thing, maybe look into that and see if it might help you in some way. Sorry if I couldn't be of any more help, I kinda can't play much of it on this 4 year old laptop

you can also climb up walls if you're holding the jump button rather than just hanging onto the sides. Hold jump when you're diving and it won't count as a jump so long as you keep it held after

This really feels like an amateur workshop submission mission at best with the odd rules this particular objective has.
