How to get stars?

Anyone know how to get stars? I have 2 on my profile and I have a strong suspicion that there's atleast a 3rd one. I believe I have collected every single item in the game, what else is there to do.

After playing more mod maps mine went from 1 to 2, maybe that's how it works.

From what I can tell:
1st star: get 100% in your file (after downloading some mods which reduced the percentage to 78%, the star disappeared, but it reappeared after deleting those mods and getting back to 100%)
2nd star: get 30 mod rift tokkens (appeared right after getting the achievement)

I also thought that it would be 3, at least, but I can't think of anything else to do...

I've gotten every single collectible in the game, I have 50 mod rift tokens, maybe I have to get more?

Is there a way to tell how many mod rift tokens you have? I've gotten tons but still haven't gotten the achievement.

It is listed on your save file, on the save selection screen. Only rift tokens that you get from collecting time pieces on the mods count for this, and not actual rift tokens (it is actually a bit confusing...)

Yeah I know it's only mod rift tokens, but I know for sure I've gotten well over 30 if it's counting ones found randomly in levels and not just time pieces. Guess I'll grind more.

Sorry, guess I wasn't too clear. Only time pieces count, not random rift tokens. I guess they made it so there wouldn't be mods full of tokens, making the achievement trivial...
