Artic cruise time rift missing

Okay so i got seal the deal in day 1 but only ever did some death wishes, when i picked the game up again nyakuza released so i had both dlc now, after doing some more death wish and getting tired of dying i finally played the Artic cruise.
When i did so i found some relics, i managed to "build" the gold pendant jewelry on the washing room but i felt that wasn't even from that chapter, after tracking other stuff i ended up having a chocolate cake, strawbarry cake and a metal trail, however i cant get them to form the relic and apparently the time rift im missing appears after i fill that.
Did i softlock somehow? I'm pretty sure i already tracked all the relics and tokens on the artic cruise and well its weird that i found nyakuza stuff in there but i really wanted to get that before playing the new chapter
anyone got something similar happening to them????

Relics are weird in that you can find them in any act from any source of present box, randomly depending on what you don't have

Simply find another set in another chapter using the compass badge

I THINK cruise's chapter has 4 relc pieces in total needed to form the thing that spawns the rift

so i guess if i play nyakuza and i find present boxes i'll get it right?
i only got the first time piece there so im still mising everything and havent explored much

That should be the case yes. Nyakuza has 3 present boxes to my knowledge . This video of mine shows 2 of 3. The last one is in a barrel up top from the main area in the yellow station
