Setting A Hat in Time to Dedicated GPU help (AMD)
Whenever i start up AHiT it tells me to set the game to the dedicated gpu. Does anyone know how to do this with AMD? Help would be much appreciated, thanks

It requires a specific type of graphics processor to be installed on your computer. It’s not required to play the game so I wouldn’t worry too much.

I think I already have that. Whenever I try to set ahit to the GPU it sends me to a file opener, but I cant find the game within the folder that it provides to find games (The Programs file that has the programs it can set the GPU to)

I guess you’ll have to look it up online because I don’t have one and don’t know anything about working with them.
I'm assuming you referring to process like the below where you set the game to run high performance on AMD processor
https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/000027100/Switching-to-the-laptop-s-dedicated-GPU/

if so, assuming steam and the game are installed in default locations, the game exe is found here
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\\steamapps\common\HatinTime\Binaries\Win64\ HatinTimeGame.exe

If you have installed elsewhere, then right click the game in your game library, then select properties. Select the local files tab then browse local files, the game exe will then be in the sub folders Binaries\Win64\

I have this issue too, I get this weird result where the the NVIDIA GPU gives me the overlay message it gives for all games; but my Intel CPU clearly shows that the game is run on it to some capacity, displaying huge spikes in activity in the Task Manager while the NVIDIA GPU is very low on activity, causing the CPU fans to roar angrily at me.

I have a stationary PC, I don't get the automatic drop down options I see being brought up in every topic on this issue of changing from Intergrated to Dedicated through the NVIDIA Control panel.

Do you have a Intel CPU or AMD?
if AMD your GPU might be an APU if its a laptop.

Does your system have a dedicated GPU that isn't being used?

On Windows 10 upwards, you can set it as follows: right click the desktop and select 'Display Settings' then select 'Graphics Settings' at the bottom. On this new window, select browse and locate and select the game exe. In the tab which now shows the game, select options and choose the GPU you want to run the game on.
