A hat in time wont stop stuttering, please help

i cant seem to get the game to run at 60/30 fps without having it stuttering every 2 seconds, i've tried tweaking the game, and it still stutters. please help!

A lot of people are having stuttering problems, with varying severity. I've experienced it myself, but it didn't make it unplayable.

The main thing I'd recommend is switching off Online Party, if you haven't already. Even if there's no one visiting or playing with you, it has been seen to cause some problems with stuttering and framerate. It won't completely fix the problem, but it should at least make it less severe for you.

In order to switch it off, just click 'online party' in the main menu while you're in the spaceship, and switch off Online Functionality.

i only have it badly in nyakuza metro, oninle with 50 ppl and offline.
it seems slightly better performance wise when you disable the stickers - but that's a lot of the fun.
try other levels, I had no issues in mafia town, except for when eeryoen instantly yeeted out of the level, aside of me - who had just gotten there a minute ago xD the gamfroze hardcore.

i only stutter every few seconds
but the stutter is 5 seconds long
and that, to me is UNPLAYABLE, i dont really know what to do

yes, even the hub, also i havent replied because i restarted and did things

I have the same issue, even with low settings and online turned off. It chokes like you wouldn't believe even on a new save file in the hub.

no, when i was testing mods, it ran as smooth as BUTTER.
the update however, it stutters every few seconds.

Nope. I even booted it up before the update to get ready for it.

Same here, before the Nyakuza update the game runs like heaven but now it stutters like crazy

Same here, can confirm. Tried installing the previous versions and the difference is gigantic. I didn't buy the game to play an early version, though.
