a proper 4 player online CO-OP please?
can there please be some kind of update to the online to allow for a proper 4 player coop? it would be much nicer to have a fully synched 4 players vs this 50 player non synched online play. I want to play with my friend across the world, not 50 people in a messy crazy non synched mess

This would also be a nice compromise to the people who want to keep it as it is. (Even though I think that's stupid myself.) just give us a separate synched 4 player only mode or something ANYTHING please/

Yeah, I was really looking forward the the online DLC but I don't want to buy a non-interactive ghost mode. It's a fun idea, but not having an option to sync up with your friend(s) is just dumb.

I'm trying to play it with just one other person and so far without anything being synched it's just very disappointing. I just wanted Co-op like you already could do with a friend at home but online instead.

from what I've heard I agree. I think most people would rather have a 4 player nice synched coop vs what we have with 50 players

Honestly, it is kind of irritating we got this but I don't think I've seen anything else regarding a real coop mode. I initially pre-purchased 2 copies of this game in a bundle off their website. The bundle was meant for giving you a bit of a discount so you could play online coop with a friend, because... you know... coop was meant to be included at launch.

Then the game comes out and no coop to speak of yet I just blew my money on two copies of the game. I've been waiting for what - a year and a half now? I've yet to play it as my friend and I only wanted to play through the game together. So here I wait.

It would at least be nice to know if this is still a planned feature. For all the praise this game gets, it does blow my mind at how shady that was. Did they literally not know the online coop wouldn't be available until the day of launch? Anyways, here's hoping we at least hear something on this feature at some point and let's hope it's still coming.

Well if you've ever seen local multiplayer you might notice it's quite buggy, same with the party mode btw so I would say this game would've been better off without both those features or at least untill they were more polished.

Don't get me wrong, I do still enjoy the party mode for what it is but it's not very polished.

After playing for over 7 hours in the new party mode, with 2 friends, I can say I was wrong about the party mode. It's actually really good how it is now and I think a fully synched online party would not be as good, so, yeah.

BUT, I really hope that all cosmetic parts of the game, including mods, can be synched. I really feel like it's a bug that that kind of stuff isn't all synched right now.

You can sync with other players. But you have to all hit the ready up when heading into an area. There will be a prompt.

it doesn't sync bosses, or events in the game or cutscenes, OP wants a local coop but online and boy do i agree

one of the reasons i bought a hat in time was because they were going to add online coop, i love 2 player coop, but unfortunately it's only local and it's really disappointing, im also let down by how little work went into bow kid (outside of the model she has and stickers), she doesn't really have a voice and seems to just be a hat kid model replacement ...

i mean, great game, great work, but not so good work on the online i really want a 2-4p online experience with synced cutscenes, fights, etc
