There is a badge that looks like a Map. Wearing it and standing still points you towards the general direction of the sticker.

Yeah, I tried using the map badge, but it tends to point and twitch like crazy for rare stickers.

It'll point in random directions but it'll always be pointing in the basic direction of where the rare sticker is. (e.g. if the sticker is in front of you, the arrow will aim around forwards but won't do a 180 and point behind you)

Yeah, that's what I thought. My issue is even with the right direction, the area it's pointing to is inaccesable. It's on the same level as the hallway leading up to the boss and the battle itself, but isn't in either area.

Update, I found it. It was in the secret gambling room behind the front desk. Oh man I am blind.

I think another one spawns after 24 hours have passed and then you collect another time piece.
