The compass badge keeps showing me a red arrow, and I'm too lazy to collect all the tokens in Mafia Town.

It's randomized. Go get the tokens until you get the rainbow arrow that leads to the sticker. Even if you don't go for the tokens, just walking around a bit and stopping every now and then might lead you to it as it's closer than the nearest token.

I got the message earlier that a rare sticker appeared in Mafia Town, and I managed to get the rainbow arrow but had to go to do something else at that moment...

rainbow arrow shows you the position, just follow it.

it wobbles, to not show the exact location, but it still shows the general direction.

Yeah I'd love to follow that direction, but the rainbow arrow just disappeared and the compass badge doesn't show anything
