How do I access the Nyakuza Metro DLC?

Title pretty much says it all. I currently have 21 Time Pieces, and am about halfway into Subcon Forest.

I'm aware that Seal The Deal/Death Wish requires more Time Pieces before I unlock them, so I was wondering if Nyakuza Metro is locked behind a Time Piece gate as well.

i believe it was 40 time pieces ( basically finish the entir base game every chapter / time piece you can get)

its in the basement with the seal the deal boat behind the door you need a certain mask to go through

Ah yeah, found it, I had to use the Dweller Mask to get into the potion lab. It was actually only 20 Time Pieces to access it, not 40.

So I have access to the world but I can only 'free roam'. I can't access the actual campaign/chapter yet. What am I missing?

It's kind of like Alpine Skylines where every level is discovered through the free roam section and the levels on the selection screen serve as a shortcut to specific areas.

Oh! Okay good. I was afraid I was missing something. I actually didn't get very far into the game. Never got to Alpine Skylines :)
