Need Help with a Snatcher EX Pattern
Currently attempting a Potions Only attempt on Snatcher EX and can not for the life of me get it. The simultaneous pillars are destroying me in the late-phase; I can't get a consistent strategy for it, and I've been throwing my head at it for days. He's also throwing patterns at me where even if I do manage to dodge all the shockwaves, he instantly goes into chasing red pillars while I'm in the air and there is literally nothing I can do to not eat two hits from that because of Hat Kid's momentum being destroyed by the hit animation as well as keeping her in the air if she gets hit in the air.

Here, have a video of a madman so mad they used only potions on Snatcher EX while never hitting 1 HP:

Seeing someone do what you're having trouble with does one of two things:
Allow you to use their tactic and succeed
or
Feel you're inferior to them and give up on everything...
uhh...
Hat Kid just told me she recommends the former.

There is a very effective tactic to deal with the Tri-attack, staying close to the center and dodging the pillars there.

This video perfectly demonstrates just how effective that tactic is.

Appreciate the fast responses! Just a reminder on why the community for this game is so cool and one of my favorites.

While I may not be talented enough to go for a true 100% on DW (no-hit stuff is NOT my cup of tea) I really want to 100% Snatcher EX. Dunno why, I just do, lol. The strats on display here look like they go a long way in getting him to be more consistent. Thanks! :)

This is great and all, but have you tried Hazard Snatcher? You haven't? Well, just put on the Hazard badge (it's a mod) and enter "Breaching the Contract"!
I'M NOT EVEN SURE IT'S POSSIBLE!!

I would honestly be floored if it was, lol. You're basically playing blind with all the effects that are onscreen.

Snatcher EX with Playable Mafia Goon would be a sight to see, considering Mafia Goon can't double jump.
Hmm, I suppose I should add that tactic for the Tri-Attack to my guide seeing as how effective and helpful it seems to be for people (though it seems to hate me haha). Doesn't hurt to incorporate multiple strategies!

Unfortunately, I still can't get it consistent. Even when using the technique shown in the video above, the pillars have the chance to spawn ahead of you while you're avoiding the others, and he still has patterns where he'll go right into red pillars or the minion attack as you're in the air dodging shockwaves you HAVE to jump to avoid.

I appreciate the help from everyone here, but I think I'm moving on from this. DW's base objectives are a fun challenge, but the amount of time that you have to sink into this for RNG to just wreck you anyway is honestly too deflating a feeling for me, and honestly ruins my experience with this game. Big respect for people who have the tolerance and patience to put up with this bullcrud, though, lol.

I use a strategy of staying near the edge at the start and then once it starts getting faster I go in towards the center of the circle and then move out soon after, it's not perfect but tends to work most of the time for me.
