yeeeah I'm very annoyed with how the online party works.. I wish it wasn't limited to just 4 players outside a private server, and that I could see any servers with players in them.. I noticed a few people join a server named hat. I mean, of all the names I would guess people would blindly join, it would be hat.

If by "4 players" you mean when you randomly see a ghost of a player, that does not count toward Party Planner anyway.
"Peck" is a, last i checked, very popular party with 20+ people on usually, so use that while you can.

the small computer terminal to the right of the mafia town entrance doors if youre on the spaceship or if youre in vanessas dlc again its a computer terminal to the left of the grave stones and soul trader. just click it and enter the name.

Necromancy may be legal in Cyrodiil, but few will openly admit to practicing it now that the Mages Guild has banned it.
