Where to find Sprint Hat flair in the Metro?
Sorry in advance if this is redundant, but I can't for the life of me track down this flair. I'm looking for the baseball cap-ish hat, supposedly gotten from someone in the metro. If someone can help me with the location, it'd be much appreciated.

one of the Nyakuza merchants sells it, I think its the one in the central hub area up the flight of stairs.
