How to change a stages remix?

Hey all, lovin the game so far, one question though. After unlocking a stage's remix (like the electronic remix for Mafia Town), how do I change the stage remix? I selected to equip the electronic remix but I kinda want to hear the regular tune now again. How do I change it back?

Talk to the owls in the engine room, if a song disk is blacked out the remix will no longer play.

Ah ok, funny I just unlocked them this morning, was probably the last thing I had left to check haha
