great game but what hapend to the moon jumper or the hat snatcher?

i realize the guy you sign the contract with is waht became of the hat snatcher but what of the moon jumper? by far in the builds art it was my favorite!

From what I can tell he became the Badge Seller. I seem to recall (but can't find any supporting evidence) that the Moonjumper had the ability to possess others, and was trapped in the horizon.
