How to Use a GCN Controller with Mayflash Adapter
Does anyone have any guides on how to play using a GCN controller and mayflash pc/wii u adapter? I plugged the USB's in, the pc recognized it and installed drivers, and I don't know where to go from here.

Switch to PC mode if you haven't and calibrate the controller from the Control Panel.

I went to the control panel and it is sensing the inputs from my controller. Is there any setup i need from here to make it work with this game?
I made this little guide.

The game should detect the controller automatically. This fixes issues with the sticks.

Thanks a ton for the guide. I went through it all, everything seemed to work. Used different buttons to end each step just to test it recognized those too. Finished it up successfully. Then i opened the game and it still won't recognize any inputs on the menu. Do i need to start playing the game using keyboard controls before i can use the controller?
Try verifying the game's cache. I had the same problem and that fixes it.

I used the verification method in steam. The library > properties etc. It said verification was successful, but still no luck recognizing the controller.
Do i need to manually make any folders or add any files to make it happen?

Are you sure the adapter's switch is on PC mode?
I don't know what the problem could be.
Do you have the GameCube_Mayflash.ini file on \Steam\steamapps\common\HatinTime\HatinTimeGame\Config\Gamepads ?

I actually don't have a HatinTime folder at all in the common folder. Maybe that's the issue
Wait what. That's where the game should be installed.

My mistake, I apparently have a steam folder in my C and D drive and was looking in C when it was installed in D. Yes, i have that file where it should be.
Try adding

; Black Mayflash (4 slots)
ControllerName="GameCube"
+GUID = "18440079-0000-0000-0000-504944564944"

below

; Purple Mayflash (2 slots)
+GUID = "F7051A34-0000-0000-0000-504944564944"

That's actually already there, but above the purple file and the GUID is 18430079 instead of 18440079. Should I change that 3 to a 4 or move the file below the purple one?
Add the one that I posted, it doesn't matter if you have 2 for the same adapter.

That fixed it! You're a lifesaver. Thanks a ton for all of the help.
