2nd Blue Rift in Alpine Skyline (not Twilight Bell)

I'm trying to find the 2nd Blue Rift in Alpine Skyline but can't find it for the life of me. Any clues would be much appreciated.

The location of the Curly Tail Trail rift is incorrect and very misleading in the video.
It is further up the mountain than where is shown in the video.
