Just so you don't waste your time with it like I did:
If you jump in the corner of the room behind the chair there's half eaten cookies and a note saying to check under the red box.
If you hit the red box on the desk you get a really small glimpse of a note underneath. It was really hard to read.
It just says "IOU 1/2 Cookie. Check Kitchen. - R. King"

If you go on the kitchen you will find half a cookie in the fridge. I don't know who R. King is or why they ate and later returned hat kids half of a cookie.

Use the camera to look around the kitchen, in a filthy spot. Then follow the clues you find in each room, usually behind a stack of shelves.

Yep, found it the other day. If you haven't yet, try using the dweller mask at the last spot.
