Tips for No Time To Explain? (Achievement)

Going as fast as I can, I can only barely make it to the last few tile puzzles before I'm forced to pick up a time bonus. Is this a matter of mastering the slide-bounce or is there some movement tech or shortcut I'm missing?

My strategy is just sliding along as fast as I can. I feel like I lose a lot of time especially whenever the tile puzzles come up... The very last one has a metal grate that is very janky to climb over.

There is a hat and a badge combo that you can use that lets you finish that with plenty of time. You'll know what hat it is by reading it and the badge is to reduce cooldown for hat abitlities. And the for the last metal grate for the tile puzzle. You don't have to climb over it, just jump back and go around it.
