Mysterious disappearing aperture graffiti in Mafia Town

So, I can't find anybody talking about this online. There's an aperture graffiti behind the black market tent in Mafia Town which I assumed was a nod to Portal complementary to the Valve reference elsewhere in the level. When I took a picture of it, it disappeared in a blue flash.

I didn't manage to get a video, but I assume you can replicate this yourself. Here are screenshots:

I asked the developers about it on Twitter, but no response yet. Very mysterious. I wonder if there are more of these?

Also, this was in Act 2. I figure it's in every Act but I should have been more specific.

I found the one in mafia town and saw the flash and the mysterious chime when I took a picture of it. I suspect there is one in every chapter and maybe if we find them all and take a picture of each one something special will happen!

Ah the F-Stop symbol! But then again it flashed blue and following that disappeared? o.O

You say it flashed blue, so maybe it appeared somewhere else? The game Portal uses Blue & Orange portals. Just a thought.

Just had a quick look around for the symbol, and it does indeed turn blue and disappear.
