is there a way for the game to show the fps counter?
It runs fine on my end but I'd like to tweak the graphics options a bit more.

ryzen 7 1700
gtx 1070
ddr 4 32gb

Steam has a built in FPS counter option.

Steam -> Settings -> In-game -> In-game FPS counter

Through Steam: Steam / Settings / In-game / In-Game FPS counter / Choose wherever you want it to appear.

Through the game itself: Go to the settings, enable developer console, restart the game, load a save, open the command console and type "enablecheats", then use the command "stat fps."
