How do I get this painting?

I am losing my mind trying to get this one

So the eye thing on the ground next to that purple-ish pillar is looking at something inside the larger purpl-ish tower. Using the Dweller Mask will let you pass into the tower and retrieve the object it's looking at, allowing you to dispose of it. By doing so the bone cage blocking the path up will shatter and give you access to the painting.
