Sorry like you can see her boobs b4 she takes her shirt off and her boobs are about as big as the one Ellie has, maybe a bit smaller, they are small and look even smaller on her build. Not that I am here to defend this woke stuff but if a female works out hard her boobs and the surrounding body become more muscle, It's actually not that unrealistic.

Women that aren't on steroids do not lose the majority of their breast tissue like that. They may lose a little but their chest isn't going to look like man's. A womans body wants to hold onto fat.

I actually have seen a woman who does NOT work out, at least not that I know off, did look like fat nor muscle like I originally thought Abby was until her bare arms were shown. She was like thick with a bigger build but pretty small tits, especially for the amount of general body fat she had. So yeah, GENES exist, small tit women exist! Imagine that. But of course they made her look more like a man for woke reasons, still claiming this is the most unrealistic thing in the world is stupid. And maybe she ACTUALLY IS on steroids that they found left over somewhere.

It's never outright stated but it's heavily implied Mel gave Abby breast reduction surgery, after the segment in the warehouse if you wait around long enough dialogue triggers where Mel asks Abby if she is still having neck pain after "the surgery." And before Yara's operation Abby has a blink-and-you'll-miss-it dialogue where she tells Yara not to worry because it's not Mel's first time chopping something off. Also in NG+ during the Ellie bossfight if you hit her in a specific area of the map by the mannequins you trigger a special animation where Abby mocks Ellie telling her her breasts are only slowing her down.

Small tits isn't the issue. I specifically mentioned that women that lose ALL breast tissue from working out are probably on steroids.
