Keep crashing on high end PC

I'm getting smooth 150 fps on MAX settings, and 120 1% lows, but I can't play at all because of the crashes, tried installing 566 driver, keeps crashing, reverted back to 572.83, tried turning msi afterburner off, didn't help, tried -dx11 in launch options didn't help either, idk what to do at this point.

My SSD drive that had the game installed didn't have paging, so I put it as managed, before it would crash before 30 minutes, I played the theater scene that people complain about and it didn't crash, let's see if I can try more, so the one I mentioned about virtual memory might help.

Well, it didn't work for me, it crashed again during another game in 15 minutes, in my case I gave up, the game works well for me on medium graphics, I don't have stuttering or any other problem, it just freezes and that error appears, so if there is no patch then I won't be able to play and well, it was attempted.

Its just awful porting and poor optimization. Same with Uncharted and LOU1. Our PC's, or anything with at least a 30 series and 8 core cpu should be running this game at 120fps no problem max settings. The PS5 runs it at 60fps 1440p in Performance Mode, 30fps in 4k in Quality mode and you don't see stutters on the PS5.

I did get the error but it takes like 90 min usually... if stop at a point it just saved, reload game,,, i continue on just fine.. it seems to reset something... this is my experience and understand it may not be yours.. im a 3090... but iI had like 4 hours game play on pc and with my method I have had no crashes, I reset about every hour or big battle i have no interest in trying again

no crash so far after around 14h of non stop gameplay on i5 12600k, 4080s, 32gb, nvme
love the game on my 38 inch ultiwidejoy!

Uncharted has the same problem and that's years down the line, release date or years from now will not fix a borked port.

Turn off dlss or reflex, or both if you have both enabled, I've not crashed since turning both off

Same. Whenever I play No return my game completely freezes and crashes after a run. I can’t even task manager exit, I have to force shut down my pc. When I boot the game back up, it never registered that I completed that run/I start back from the second encounter or so. Very annoying, and not to mention the graphical fidelity is overly sharp. Weird stutters, clothes look very grainy, this is sad. I’m not playing this game until they patch it. Anybody having similar issues?

I had a similar issue as you with having to force shut down the PC the recover from the game crash. This is just sad that you pay $50 bucks for a game that has issues out the tail end and no support from the developers. I sent in a ticket this morning because of this and only had 1 response back and sent additional files to Nixxies and nothing since
