In terms of stutters, it is crucial to leave CPU headroom. check ur fps at highest settings but with dlss ultra perf or perf to see what ur CPU can push at most. then lock ur fps to 80% of that number. I have a 13700K and got 80-90 on my CPU so locked my game to 116 with FG so internally CPU is only doing 58fps and a ton of headroom is left for shader compilation and loadings.
Noticed the GPU utilization is not consistent but overall performance is fine.
But as soon I enter a new area the game freezes or stutters for a few seconds and returns back to normal. This needs to get fixed as soon as possible.
