The game has entered a broken state

I managed to break my UI in the room with a saw disc and a sink (after theatre)
How I tried to fix it is to save the game and load it again but it didn't help with anything.

Pressing arrow keys and enter doesn't fix the situation.

The light is flickering in this room and it can take a while before it gets back on. It's scripted, so be patient
