Report a translation problem
The first time we see the mansion, someone turns on lights in every room. That's exactly how MM begins.
I knew the entrance hall felt familiar but seeing the kitchen and the living room made it clear to me (and all the other rooms too). The old feeling being afraid to get cought was there again. I was very happy to find the maniac mansion in this game complete with some maniacs living in it.
I had to make screenshots of the so familar rooms^^
And yeah, no hamster but I think there is enough dead matter to make up for that.
Also no tentacles...
When I got the mobile phone, I knew exactly what to do with it. And the distress call dialogue was hilarious.
I had to cheat a bit with one of the images, since one of the rooms is different depending on which way you enter it.
