The Cat Lady soundtrack ?

I very distinctly remember purchasing the official The Cat Lady soundtrack on Steam and have listened to it many times and now it's suddenly disappeared from my account ? I went and checked the store page and the developer page to see if I could perhaps buy it again, but it seems to have disappeared there too !! Has anyone else who has bought the soundtrack previously noticed this ? Has the studio removed the soundtrack from Steam all together ? And why would that be ?

The soundtrack can, in any case, be found in the game folder in the appropriate steam library folder. It should be included for free with purchase of the game (according to the store page). I also checked, that, when you uninstall the game and reinstall it, the soundtrack is also downloaded alongside.

However, I too do not find it in my soundtrack list in the steam overlay. Maybe it has something to do with its latest iteration?? The Downfall soundtrack, however, is displayed just fine.

Hi there, the Album (Warmer, etc) was always a DLC but the soundtrack (micAmic, iamqqqqqqq etc) was never a DLC and just an additional folder in the main download of the game. If you open the Steam music player, you should see it there (if game is installed). As str4 says it's also a folder in the installation folder. You can also find it in full on youtube, I think. But I know what you mean...took me a minute to check and remember it was never a separate thing (on Steam).

Additional note, the Album is also now back on Spotify, and sometime in 2024 I will also get the Expanded OST back up on there, too. Now, Downfall 2016 never had an Album but that one does have the full soundtrack as DLC...I can understand this may cause some confusion.

Oh, and Valve have introduced something called price minimums, its currently possible to set a discount so low the product gets removed from the store temporarily as it does not meet the "price minimums". This has not happened again recently but it's worth noting just in case. Both album and Downfall OST DLC were recently discounted below 45% which triggered the price minimums which removed both products from the store for a week... But as I say, now we know, it won't happen again. Regards!

There are two soundtracks: original music written by MicAMic, Rem's brother, and an album of songs written by Warmer, Siah and other artists. Both are great, but the one with the lyrics is easily greatest soundtrack of all time.
