Depending on how much you wanna engage with the side content, your first playthrough will look anywhere between 30-40 hours (for the Graces story) and 10-20 hours (for the bonus story)

On PS3 i played for around 200 hours to get a Platinum Trophy, but i didn't rush it.
The first playthrough could be easily 40 to 70 hours, depending on how long you decide to grind and do non-story activities.

When I played it with a friend on his Playstation back in the day, we took some 85 to 90 hours (with the post-story content). Several weekends. Was very hard and so we had a lot of fights we needed to repeat.

If you go for any Tales of, this would probably be a high point. Although many others claim Vesperia to also be the peak.

One thing: If you play solo or coop makes a big difference. I believe Tales of Graces F is the more exciting coop game. Vesperia on the other hand has a better told story.

I've played the original release back on console and it took me about 100 hours IIRC with doing pretty much all of the side stuff and exploring the maps.

As for high points, my personal favorites in the Tales of Series are:

- Abyss
- Graces F
- Vesperia
- Berseria

In no particular order.
