You will need to go to your Steam Account details (via the Steam Settings section in Steam) then click on "Manage Subscriptions." You will then be able to make the appropriate adjustments to your Camtasia Studio subscription.

I have the same problem and the solution given does not work for me.
I changed it to a recurring charge (each month), I even added $10 to my wallet. When I go to Camtasia in the store and click to add to cart the next page, that has purchase for myself or for a friend option, both are blacked out. Not clickable.
If I click to renew I get the message that I already own the game and cannot add it to my cart.

Have the same problem, found the reason.

I bought Camtasia with Paypal and just found out that you can't renew the licence with this, no, you need a credit card. No warning about that, neither from Steam nor from Camtasia.

So you need to get a credit card now or you find a new editing software.
