Are you able to drag-and-drop the file from a folder into Camtasia? What type of file are you trying to import? What framerate was the video recorded in?
I would love to help but in order to do so I will need details regarding the files you are trying to import; what is the file format, what framerate was the video recorded in? Did you take a test recording with Camtasia as I requested?
And the file type that ı try import is Windows Media Player.
And ı don t buy camtasia to record videos ı buy it to edit videos. And it not about the framerate ı put the same video with same folder one week ago and it worked it not about framerate and type of folder its about CAMTASİA program if you don t know to fix pleaseeeee give my money back because I can t upload money to steam so much and now my money is just go for a big nothing please find a way to fix it or please found a way to give my money back.I really like Camtasia when ı make my first video there is lots of things to do and its easy to edit videos. But this problem is so bad. Please help.
To address both of your posts..
"Windows Media Player" is not a format, it is an application. To determine the file format of the content you are trying to import, right-click on the file and go to Properties. It will then list the file format (generally near the top / name), and it will be something like the following:
.MP4
.MP3
.MOV
.WMV
.CAMREC
.TREC
.3GP
.AVI
Framerate can, and absolutely will affect a files ability to be used in Camtasia, but that is not the only part of a video container that can affect its ability to be imported into Camtasia. An MP4 for example, is a file container that holds multiple streams (generally a video stream, an audio stream or two, and in newer MP4 files, a subtitle stream) and those streams can be encoded in a near-infinite number of ways. IF you are using MP4 files then they need to be h.264 MP4 files, recorded at or below 30 frames per second, with audio streams that must be either Uncompressed or in AAC audio format. The subtitle stream is not supported.
You have referenced "folder" a few times and you are correct in the fact that the folder that your source files are in is of no consequence, though there are situations when a folder can, will, and does affect Camtasia (and that is only if the folder where you are storing your source files contains odd special characters, is stored in a cloud-based folder like Dropbox or OneDrive, or is on a network drive, flash/thumb drive, or an external hard drive).
As I requested earlier, please open Camtasia and click on Record to take a test recording; are you able to record the screen and import that Camtasia recording into the Studio? What is the file format of the video you are trying to import? What framerate was the video recorded in? All of these are crucial to understanding where the problem lies and addressing the issue for you.

This link goes to a screen shot showing a basic media file; did you do as I mentioned in my last comment to determine the file type?
"To determine the file format of the content you are trying to import, right-click on the file and go to Properties. It will then list the file format (generally near the top / name)..."
Please follow those instructions to determine the file format.
