Those seasonal rewards certainly need a lot more details and polishing to feel at least a bit rewarding.. Right now, they all feel like a huge loss of time.
I do miss the days when they were drawn with details in mind, so you could truly see that they were putting in some effort to make them look good and all; That's no longer the case, unfortunately.

Have you managed to win ten matches in Platinum rank?
You do need to win a total of..

- 10 matches to earn the Bronze rewards;
- 20 matches to earn the Silver rewards;
- 30 matches to earn the Gold rewards;
- 40 matches to earn the Platinum rewards;
- (...).

Merely earning the rank does no longer guarantee you the achieved rank's rewards nowadays. They've changed it years ago as a way to combat the smurfing epidemy, but even that didn't help.. So unless you've won forty matches while being a Platinum rank, you haven't earned the rewards you're mentioning and can't therefore receive them.

Put rocket league back on steam. Seems pretty stupid to take away a superior form revenue.
