you can still customize it.... if you read the article it says you cannot use BRANDED items with these cars e.g flash wheels, items from ford bundle or nascar etc, however you CAN use non branded items, which is pretty much anything in the game, such as dieci cristianos and black markets. So it is the exact same as before they re released it.

So we won't be able to use our decals on the Skyline anymore? That's very scummy.

Exactly, ogs shouldnt get anything, when you bought it it was a DLC available permanently. However when they released the item shop they UNEXPECTEDLY took them away, and now you are complaining about it coming back. Its not like you bought it for it to be rare, because it was always accessible. Stop complaining and be happy others can buy it.
