DLCs may come (one by one) to Item Shop for example Fast and Furious pack with release of F9 movie.
They most likely never come back to Steam Store.

That's good to hear. Just what does Ultimate Edition On-Disc DLC: Batman/DC Superheroes Pack means? I have Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice and DC Super Heroes packs purchased here on Steam. Will they still be Cross-Platform so I can use them on Switch as well?

Great news - finally.
I hope we can combine premium DLC items again after 24th - e.g. T-Rex animation on skyline on my PS4 like before.
Sad but true: you cannot use a NASCAR car and have the ghostbusters goal animation on PC..
