Totally agreed. Today I joined a tournament. In first, we were 2. 3rd was never there. I joined the next one. 3rd one was afk. Such a frustrating moment.

People complain about leavers in casual? It's casual for a reason, if you're not having fun then you can leave. So now i'm gonna be forced to play with toxic players or get matchmaking banned? I can't wait to see all the complaining about the one match per day

Epic Shrill Detected, you dont even know wtf youre talking about. stop defending epic and psyonix they dont care this is only something they are doing to slowly kill the game and it really makes no sense, bans in cas, nothing done about AFK in tourneys, losing the player count in each playlist. etc... look at the big picture for a second, the store is overpriced af and these changes arent to help the community and playerbase as a whole. This update hurts everyone. the only thing about this update thats good, is more options for tourneys, and the cas backfill fix. everything is absolutely garbage.

Psyonnix or whoever is running the show now are clueless. They must not actually play this game because they don't know how frustrating they have made it. Now they want to make it worse by banning people who leave casual matches (for good reasons).

1. There should be an option NOT to join a game that is already in progress. I am certainly not going to play a game where it's 0-4 to start. So I quit, now I'm banned. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
2. You may quit a casual game because you have someone on your team AFK (most of the time) or actually scoring for the other team intentionally. You can report them, but it doesn't matter. Oh, and you're banned for not liking it.
2. Ranked matches are pointless if you don't have a team because you will get players far worse than you 90% of the time that cause you to lose game after game and rank you down. You can't carry the team by yourself (and shouldn't have to) unless you are several tiers better in reality.
3. Losing a player during a tournament means you wasted all your time playing it as it is now 2v3 or worse and you're going to lose. Put a damn computer in there at least! ♥♥♥♥, obvious.

Oh well would you look at that its a 2nd competitive mode but the MMR is hidden. Also this is the sort of problem you get when you make your game free to play ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

An Idea for AFK in comp players if you ever actually fix anything Epic and Psyonix. If they are AFK for 15 seconds adjust the in game volume to 500% and play the play list. Also if a person is using a controller. Make it vibrate until they push a button.

can the casual penalty not be as harsh, make it like 3 per day. one is too low for CASUAL

play ones. also a quote straight from rocketleague.com "For the players that only occasionally leave Casual Matches, there will be no penalty for leaving one Casual match per day". so if u leave once to join ur friends u will be fine lmao

Ban for leaving casual? Are you guys okay? The only reason anyone joins "Casual" is so they can hop in and out... who is making these decisions?

This sucks for casual freestylers tho. it will be harder for us to keep a low mmr for hitting clips.

the new casual banning system is very stupid, i got banned for disconnecting, i could potentially get banned permanently for disconnections now, cant imagine how tough this is for those with bad internet

leave casual, get ban. excuse me, wtf? there is no game in the world were you receive a ban for leaving a casual game early. hence why? because it's casual. hop in, play some, hop out anytime.

just do it like cs:go and put in a competetive mode, but without ranks. for those players that want to commit to a full game but can't stand the pressure of ranks. OH WAIT? THERE IS ALREADY AN OPTION TO DEACTIVATE RANKS IN COMP?? WOOOOWOW. Maybe tell them guys that complained about leavers in casual.

I AGREE, What about the freestyle community it completely ruins the fun of casual.

Coming and going is what made casual, casual. Strict bans defeat the purpose but it's all good. It gives me a reason to play more ranked.
