Stop throwing me into half finished games on a 6-0 losing team and I won't instantly quit - It's meant to be casual for goodness sake.

same, i only play casual so i can leave when i need to, which is the literal entire difference between comp and casual, never playing casual again whats the point just play against bloody bots

As Moderator I can't really confirm this but when I read better it shouldn't cause issues if you copy file as backup and then rename original.

I guess same guy also posted this on RL Discord server that he found on Reddit this solution (didn't provide link) and wrote it's for Windows 7. (and yes that link is only for Bug Reporting section)

From Googling I found it's probably .DLL related for :
"XInput is an API that allows applications to receive input from the Xbox Controller for Windows."

If you want to be sure then you can wait for someone else to confirm this - at best someone who wrote having this issue before.

Otherwise there might be released Hotfix update later.

Everyone gonna gloss over the fact they completely nerfed the active players counter in replace for a text rating (e.g. Good, Great)?

we have to concede to play casual? servers are still bad and tourneys are a joke Epic you're making this game worse nothing is new.... I'm done uninstall this to make a stand

Nice, now i get to play with sufferable teammates in ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ casual, CASUAL, cant just leave or ill get banned, Fan, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tastic

WTF is this ♥♥♥♥♥. this update completely and without fail crashes my game on startup. its just a black screen and "Rocket League has stopped working...". seriously what the hell am i supposed to do to fix it? its seriously frustrating. problem is i have a LAPTOP.. idont have a high end pc like you guys have.. rn im even having troubles upddating my graphics driver cause IT DOESNT UPDATE to the latest versions.. ims still stuck on 353.82 verison while the newest one is 471.68.. great fun not being able to play a favourite game due to some bs that fallows me my whole life.. sorry for the rant hope you guys havin fun at least.

Yeah and punishment for people who want a casual gaming experience, where they don't have to worry about being away from the controller for a while if they're busy while playing.

Now, oops, you'll be banned if you don't play, because you get kicked for being idle after 3 seconds in this game, awesome, make casual ranked without the ranks.

People are already sweating.

The casual ban is a really bad one. If i want to leave a casual match because of literally any reason in the world, please let me do it, since it is a casual match. If i want to leave because i have limited time to play, or i got a phone call, or i got bored, or even if i'm not happy with the teammate i got, then please let me leave. It is casual, i'm causing no harm by leaving it.

If my teammate leaves a casual match that i'm enjoying, i keep playing because i'm enjoying myself, and it probably had a reason my teammate left. If i wasn't enjoying the match for some reason, i would have left before my teammate did, to find a match i can enjoy. Causing no harm, again, because it it casual.

Imagine a scenario, where your teammate gets upset at you for whatever dumb reason, you lost a kickoff or something, it happens, it happens in ranked as well. Now he goes afk, he starts throwing, and he will not forfeit just so he can punish you. You can't leave anymore, it's casual, you'll ruin HIS experience if you leave, you have to stay for as long as the game lasts.

I'm honestly never like this, but guys this decision is bad, please think about it.

There's NO reason to turn casual into ranked, especially in the world of online schooling, study and work.

I've played a decent chunk of casual today and ALREADY people are sweating, it's nice that your opponents don't leave as soon as you ball them but as soon as you have ANYTHING to do, even if you're coming back in a few minutes, that's it.

PLUS, staying in the game isn't viable either if you have to dip away for more than 30 seconds, because you'll be kicked almost immediately for being idle.
